Episode Takeaways
Joseph’s career progression is marked by an ironic and counterintuitive shift. While it’s more common to find people in corporate roles who yearn to transition towards more holistic careers, Joseph’s journey took the opposite path. He began with his true vocation as a hands-on healer, only to be forced by burnout to pivot towards corporate work. This progression highlights that even the most aligned vocations can lead to exhaustion, prompting unexpected career changes. Joseph went through a real identity crisis as a result, and he successfully transmuted all his knowledge and wisdom from his years of experience as a healer into a much needed gift that he delivers where it is deeply needed: the heart of corporate.
