About Jochen
“Hi, my name is Jochen Frey, I am an executive coach in San Francisco, California. I work with highly functioning individuals to help them achieve what really matters to them. Before becoming a coach I co-founded and lead technology companies in Silicon Valley, Boston, and Germany.
In university I trained in computer science, medicine, created my first product founded my first company. I am a yogi, avid life-long athlete, and deep explorer of consciousness.”
