Tips For Career Fulfilment And Spiritual Growth

With Julie Pône

Episode Take Aways:

This episode is the recording of an workshop I delivered online in 2021. All advices still apply 🙂
It covers these aspects:
  • What to check and fix “absolument” before making career decisions, and avoiding throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
  • What to know in order to make better career decisions.
  • What to do understand about the karma of career and what to do to start correcting both
  • What a Career Realignment process covers, and how it relates to manifesting
  • And some times of contemplation / self reflection

About Julie

I believe the most powerful thing we can do as individuals looking for meaning, in order to really thrive in this crazy arsed world, is to leverage the practical applications of spirituality.

Early on I’d decided I wanted a career I wouldn’t need a vacation from. So I pursued my dream of working with horses. And even though it was supposed to be my passion, I was not 100% fulfilled in it. The diagnostic of a chronic condition stirred me on a career path in well-being, massage and reflexology. I liked it but still, I wasn’t 100% fulfilled either. My health, income and relationships were poor, and so was my taste for life in general.

It is only when I came to know myself from a soul perspective, understand the law of karma and discover spirituality from a very practical angle, that I was able to stir the course of my life in the right direction and create different results. My business is now an extension of who I am, both in what I do and how I run it. And it fuels me with energy, and a sense of deep fulfilment that I no longer need to go find elsewhere.

The Heart In Management

With Mark C. Crowley

Conversations Take Aways:

  • How a hateful childhood laid the foundation for a naturally caring loving management style,
  • Reverse engineering successful management,
  • Heart vs Mind, the state of flow,
  • The resistance to speaking of the Heart in business,
  • Creating a movement for change from the bottom up,
  • Explaining heart-connection to the skeptics: the F-word,
  • Good managers don’t pass on fear and stress to others.

About Mark

Mark is the author of “Lead from the Heart: Transformation Leadership for the 21st Century”, and his mission is to fundamentally change how we lead people in workplaces around the globe.

Before writing his book, Mark spent over 20 years in the dog-eat-dog world of financial services.

He held 2 national level positions at one of America’s largest financial institutions where he was named leader of the year. Quite untraditionally, he proved that deeply caring about and supporting people, and thereby positively affecting employee’s hearts had a profound effect on motivating their sustained engagement, loyalty and productivity.

New and breakthrough medical research Mark draws upon in his book proves that the heart is actually the driver of optimal human performance. A leadership pioneer, Mark shows us that, rather than a weak or soft management, leading from the heart is the most informed and enlightened thing a manager or organization can do.
