About Mark

Mark is the author of “Lead from the Heart: Transformation Leadership for the 21st Century”, and his mission is to fundamentally change how we lead people in workplaces around the globe.

Before writing his book, Mark spent over 20 years in the dog-eat-dog world of financial services.

He held 2 national level positions at one of America’s largest financial institutions where he was named leader of the year. Quite untraditionally, he proved that deeply caring about and supporting people, and thereby positively affecting employee’s hearts had a profound effect on motivating their sustained engagement, loyalty and productivity. 

New and breakthrough medical research Mark draws upon in his book proves that the heart is actually the driver of optimal human performance. A leadership pioneer, Mark shows us that, rather than a weak or soft management, leading from the heart is the most informed and enlightened thing a manager or organization can do. 

About Cathy

Cathy is a seasoned communications strategist whose personal journey to consciousness inspired her vision of transforming how people communicate. She coaches communication and leadership through her coaching company, Unleashed Leadership.

She also serves as Co-Founder of Paris-based start-up OpenBubble, which has the mission to reduce (and maybe eradicate) the epidemic of loneliness and isolation by enabling people a safe way to connect with others.

And Cathy has also decades of experience communicating with, about and around… dogs! As you’ll discover through our conversation, she has ran a business for many years helping doggies communicate with their humans, and vice versa… which has very much informed how she works with people today.

About Deva

Deva has been many things in many places. His talent has always been… “talent”. He helps people and companies in the talent ecosystem to find their mission, identify their strengths and then to dial it up for exponential growth, via coaching and his boutique investment bank (Partners+).

When he’s not working or raising his daughters and making his wife laugh or turn up her nose in disapproval, he meditates, runs, swims and trains in martial arts. He is also writing his first novella, which is based on his current understanding of spirituality.
